i stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was excellent, with marvellous and brilliant location close enough to cancun or tulum, beachfront between 6/8, and many cheap eateries and street food. truly enjoyed the room with air con, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast had a wide range of options, milk and cereals. good service was provided here. the pool was well-maintained too.

We loved the calm location of this hotel. It's just a short walk from the beach, but far enough from the noisiest area. The staff was very friendly and approachable, especially the woman at the front desk. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including the clean and refreshing pool. Additionally, there were some good food places and a convenient Oxxo shop nearby. Furthermore, we appreciate how the hotel provided free parking and transportation options.
Everything was fantastic.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and near the city center. It's so close that you don't even need to get a cab. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the 2 very comfy beds with air conditioning, make for a comfortable stay. The breakfast served here is also delicious and satisfying.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel was a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Despite being a bit off the grid, it was extremely quiet at night and also close to many cheap eateries and street food. The location was ideal for those who wanted to be close to the buzz of the area without being right in the heart of it. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the clean, nicely decorated rooms made for a comfortable stay. The room was big and clean, with a TV, and the addition of a fan helped with the musty smell. Plus, the hotel had a convenient drying area ideal for beach towels and bathing suits. Lastly, breakfast was available after 8:00, allowing us plenty of time before catching our 9:30 airport bus. The breakfast options included coffee, various beverages, sweet cake, oat cookies, and cereals.
All was just fine.

The location of this hotel is a bit out of the way - not a great spot for those looking for something close to the tourist hot spots. it is very close to the beach, making for easy access to the water. It's also near the city center, so there are plenty of options for food and shopping. Getting a cab can be a bit of a hassle due to the location, but it's manageable.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs, just a short walk away from the buzzing main avenue and the beautiful beach. The room was spacious and had a chiller, which was a nice touch. , the WiFi worked great in our room, which was a bonus.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, with no clear signage indicating its location. , the room had limited natural light, which made it feel a bit gloomy at times.
